Curi RMB Capital has been named to the Denver Business Journal’s 2024 “Best Places to Work” list. This is the second consecutive year that Curi RMB Capital has been recognized on the list.

“We are thrilled to once again be included in this prestigious list from the Denver Business Journal,” said Don Bechter, president of Curi RMB Capital, who is based in the Denver office. “Our team in the Denver office is extremely close-knit and dedicated to delivering an excellent client experience. The recognition is well deserved for the outstanding culture that the team has built and the hard work they put in every day.”

Approximately 200 companies with operations in the Denver area applied for the honor. Curi RMB Capital was one of 15 companies honored in the “medium” category (firms with 21 to 49 employees based in the Denver area). Co-sponsored by Quantum Workplace, the list is based on the results of employee surveys and “honors superior organizations where voices are heard, cultures are thriving, and employees are engaged.” Quantum Workplace’s methodology assesses “the realities of working at each company, using factors like compensation and benefits as well as cultural markers, such as trust in senior leadership.”

“Curi RMB Capital is consistently recognized as the best place to work in Denver. I think the main reason for that is the culture that we have, the opportunities that we provide employees, and the fact that most of our employees have been around for a long time,” said Curi RMB Capital director of retirement plan solutions James Rosselle.
